How does the delivery process work?

  • After passing the final quality check, the items are carefully packaged and entrusted to our reliable delivery partner.
  • Our dedicated delivery partners then make every effort to deliver your package as quickly as possible. In the event that they encounter difficulty reaching the provided address or coordinating a suitable delivery time, they will get in touch with you to resolve any issues.
  • Please note that international shipping is not currently available. We are actively working towards expanding our services to include international shipments in the future.

How are items protected during packaging?

Our products are packaged in boxes, with a protective plastic layer. Each item is individually wrapped in bubble wrap, and fragile items like bottles receive extra bubble wrap for added safety.

SP Bazaar currently offers shipping services across all locations within India. We are continuously working on expanding our shipping reach to include more countries. Stay tuned to our website for updates on additional shipping locations.

After your order has been dispatched, how can you monitor its progress?

Upon the dispatch of your order, an email will be sent to you containing the tracking number and the courier company responsible for delivering your package. You can start tracking the status of your shipment 24 hours after it has left our warehouse.

How long can I expect my order to take for delivery?

Typically, we aim to dispatch the majority of orders within a span of 1 to 4 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

What does it mean when my order will be shipped in multiple shipments?

No need to worry! It’s a common occurrence. When your order is shipped in multiple shipments, it simply means that different items from your order are being sent from various warehouse locations. You will only be charged for shipping or cash on delivery (CoD) fees, if applicable, on the first package you receive. 

Do I need to pay any shipping fees for my order?

For most addresses, we apply standard shipping charges. In the case of shipping within India, there is a flat fee of Rs.99 for orders below Rs.999. However, for orders exceeding Rs.999, we offer free shipping.
